This is a mild soft set honey that is produced at our site in the Adur Valley in Sussex.  
 
The site itself is in the middle of the South Downs on a farm that works to the highest wildlife stewardship.  It works on a 4 year rotation with the main purpose being to produce the best quality Beef and Lamb.  The grass they feed on is undersown with clover and field beans, barley and wheat are grown in other fields.
