This is a mild soft set honey that is produced at our site in Clapham in Sussex.
 
Our Clapham Apiary is set on the egde of a large deciduous wood with farmland to the south of it facing the english channel.  The farm is a mixed farm producing beef and lamb, oil seed rape and other cerials in a traditional rotation system.
